Tuition

At Yellow Rose Montessori, we are committed to providing accessible and affordable Montessori education for all families. We utilize a tiered tuition model for our full-day Montessori program (8:30am - 3:15pm) to ensure economic diversity among our student body. This model allows families to pay tuition based on their gross income and family size, ensuring fairness and accessibility. Caregivers at Tier 4 are encouraged to apply for a child care subsidy from the state of Texas (click here for more info)

Here’s how our tiered tuition model works:

  • Tiered Structure: We have different tuition tiers (Tier 1 to Tier 4) based on your gross income and family size. Please refer to the chart provided when completing any forms.

  • Maintaining Diversity: By enrolling a certain number of students at each tier, we maintain a diverse community where families from various economic backgrounds can access our Montessori program.

  • Support for Affordability: Families in Tier 4 are encouraged to apply for a child care subsidy from the state of Texas to further support affordability.

Our mission is centered around making Montessori education accessible to families who value its benefits for their children's development. If you have any questions about our tuition system or need assistance, please reach out to us at info@yellowrosemontessori.org. We're here to support you in providing the best educational opportunities for your child.

State Subsidies

The Texas Rising Star (TRS) program supports early childhood education in Texas by rating programs based on quality standards. Non-profit schools can earn certification ranging from 2-star to 4-star by meeting these standards. In their second year of certification, eligible schools may receive additional funding to enhance their programs.

TRS helps ensure high-quality education for young children by offering support for teachers and improving learning environments. For parents, TRS certification signals that a program meets rigorous standards for their child's education.
In its second year of operation, Yellow Rose will apply to be part of the TRS program. This will allow us to offer more affordable tuition for those who qualify, ensuring that more families have access to high-quality early childhood education.

The child who has felt a strong love for his surroundings and for all living creatures, who has discovered joy and enthusiasm in work, gives us reason to hope that humanity can develop in a new direction.
